Barfuß im Schnee


IMG 7218Barfuß im Schnee laufen - das ist gar nicht so einfach. Erst einmal gehört dazu Überwindung. Und dann muss man durchhalten - denn die Kälte ist schnell zu spüren. Auch wenn manche Menschen Angst davor haben, sich dabei zu erkälten oder gar eine Blasenentzündung zu bekommen: bereits vor 100 Jahren wusste Pfarrer Kneipp, dass diese Art von Abhärtung das Immunsystem deutlich stärkt. Wer eine kurze Runde durch den Schnee läuft, wird sich nicht erkälten. Nur langanhaltende Kälte ist nicht nur unangenehm sondern kann auch gefährlich werden. Wer abgehärtet ist wird jedoch sogar länger ohne Probleme laufen können.

IMG 7226Für Chiara war es nicht das erste Mal barfuß im Schnee aber trotzdem eine Herausforderung. Erst ging es mit den neuen Vibram Five-Fingers-Shoes nach draußen. Der Schnee war zwar kalt aber nicht unangenehm. Die Schuhe sind für das Barfuß-Feeling sehr dünn und geben gegen Kälte kaum Schutz. Um die 600 Meter lief Chiara. Danach ging es zum richtigen Barfuß-Laufen. Schuhe aus und rein mit den Füßen in den Schnee. Um die 300 Meter lief sie dann komplett barfuß durch den Pulverschnee.

"Es ist eiskalt - ich spüre meine Füße nicht mehr", meinte Chiara nach ihrem Lauf, jedoch mit einem Grinsen. So schlimm konnte es also nicht gewesen sein.

Das heutige Training, nach einem anstrengenden Wochenenden mit zwei Wettkämpfen, war regenerativ genau das Richtige. Es förderte die Durchblutung und härtete ab. Morgen geht es dann wieder anstrengend weiter. Dann sind wieder eineinhalb Stunden turnerische Übungen am Reck geplant.
